No Refund Policy
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all advance payments, booking amounts, milestone payments, retainers, consultation fees, support fees and service charges paid to Harikrishna Technologies are final and non-refundable. This applies once an invoice is issued, payment is made, resources are reserved, planning begins, work starts or service time is allocated.
Custom Digital Work
Our services are custom, resource-based and time-sensitive. Payments compensate for team allocation, planning, design, development, communication, opportunity cost and technical work, even if the client later changes requirements, delays approvals, cancels the project, becomes unavailable or decides not to use the delivered work.
Milestone Payments
Milestone payments are due as per proposal, invoice or agreed communication. Paid milestones are non-refundable whether the deliverable is fully used, partially used, pending client approval, delayed by client-side dependencies or awaiting third-party services.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client cancels, pauses or abandons a project, all amounts already paid remain non-refundable. Any unpaid amount for work completed, resources allocated, third-party costs, committed expenses or pending milestones remains payable before handover or closure.
Third-Party Costs
Domain, hosting, software licenses, paid plugins, app store fees, API fees, gateway charges, marketing spend, third-party subscriptions and similar expenses are strictly non-refundable once purchased, committed, renewed or configured.
Discretionary Exceptions
Any refund, credit note, adjustment or concession is entirely at our sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing by Harikrishna Technologies. A discretionary adjustment in one case does not create any right, precedent or obligation for future cases.
Legal Requirement
If applicable law requires a refund despite this policy, our responsibility will be limited to the minimum amount required by law after deducting completed work, used resources, third-party costs, taxes, payment gateway charges and any outstanding dues, to the extent legally permitted.
