Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, approving a proposal, making payment, sharing project materials or using our services, you agree to these terms, our policies, invoices, proposals and written project communication.
Project Scope
Service scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment milestones and responsibilities are defined in written proposals, invoices, agreements or approved communication. Anything not expressly included is excluded and may require additional cost and time.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely approvals, content, credentials, access, feedback and payments needed for project delivery. Delays, errors, missing information, wrong approvals or third-party dependencies from the client side are not our responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Final project ownership is transferred as agreed after full payment, except third-party tools, libraries, templates, licenses, open-source components and pre-existing company assets.
Third-Party Services
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs, app stores, plugins and third-party services are subject to their own terms, fees and availability.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, traffic, approvals from app stores, uninterrupted hosting, third-party API availability, marketing performance or any business outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harikrishna Technologies is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, data loss, third-party failures, client misuse, cyber incidents outside our control, or issues outside agreed scope. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific disputed service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Harikrishna Technologies harmless against claims, losses, penalties or disputes arising from client-provided content, data, instructions, approvals, third-party services, illegal use, intellectual property violations or misuse of delivered systems.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Before raising any external dispute, the client agrees to provide written notice with full details and allow at least 30 days for internal review and resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
